5. Hosting and International Transfers

This website and the data you submit through it are hosted byInfomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Geneva), Switzerland. Your data is stored on servers located in Switzerland.

Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as ensuring an adequate level of data protection (adequacy decision under Article 45 GDPR), so this transfer outside the European Economic Area requires no additional safeguards. Until September 2026 the site was hosted within the European Union; the change of provider did not alter the purposes of processing, the retention periods, or your rights as described in this policy.

Messages submitted through the contact form are delivered to us byResend (Resend, Inc., United States), acting as our processor for email delivery only. This involves transmitting the content of your message outside the European Economic Area. Resend does not use your data for its own purposes.

This transfer is safeguarded by the Standard Contractual Clausesadopted by the European Commission (Module Two, controller to processor) under Article 46 GDPR, as incorporated into Resend's data processing agreement. Resend is additionally certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. You may request a copy of the safeguards in place by contacting us athello@bodhiproduction.es.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Contact form data is retained for a maximum of 24 months.

8. What Are Cookies?
